Well, this one speeks for itself. Mmmmmm.

Fraser is a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who first came to Chicago on the trail of his father's killer and for reasons that don't require explaining at this juncture in time, he stayed on as liaison to the Canadian Consulate. Fraser is the stereotypical Canadian. He is always neat and tidy and polite no matter what the situation. He is also an excellent tracker and likes to taste a lot of things, including dirt and on one occasion wolf pee. He owns a deaf wolf named Diefenbaker who very smart but has some definite issues about obedience.
