Ray Vecchio
(David Marciano)
Ray is the Chicago cop that was assigned the case of Fraser's Dad's death when Fraser first arrived there. Ray is street-wise and abrupt, as opposed to Fraser. They teemed up after Fraser arrived and effectively became partners. Ray is often disgusted at some of the things that Fraser is willing to taste to catch his man.
